Dance floor rentals for all styles, sizes, and types of events. They do need to be set up on a hard, flat surface, we cannot install on grass. Our dance floors come in 3'x3' panels and then customized to your specific event needs.

What size dance floor do I need?

The rule of thumb is to assume that 33% of your guests will be dancing at any given time. Then, each dancer will need about 8-10 square feet of elbow room to actually dance!

So, as an example: 100 guest wedding = 33 dancers @ 8 to 10 sq ft per person ~ 300 sq ft, which is an 18x18 dance floor.

Quick Dance Floor Size Guide

< 20 dancers = 12 x 12

20-30 dancers = 15 x 15

40-60 dancers = 21 x 21

60-100 dancers = 24x24

All pricing assumes “normal” requirements (set up day of event, removed the following morning, indoors or on hard surface. We do not do dance floor on grass.)

Additional Information

Dance floor must be setup on a hard surface (indoors or on cement, pavers, etc). We cannot install on grass.
Delivery is typically done 4-8 hours before your event and removal is the following morning. We may charge an additional fee for late-night removal, if that is needed.
Our dance floors are not real wood. We use a modern style floor that is made of vinyl.
